Position Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team at the Athletics Therapy Center, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Annandale, Virginia. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact on the recovery and rehabilitation journeys of our residents. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and create personalized care plans to address individual rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, which includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, using real-time data to adapt and refine treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on important home exercises and strategies aimed at maintaining long-term wellness and mobility.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to state and federal health guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• An active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy License is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
