Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs and capacities for students, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based solutions.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by students.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and documentation standards are upheld.

• Engaging in consistent teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to collaborate on treatment plans and case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse group of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services within a behavioral health or educational setting.
