Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), addressing the unique circumstances of each client with compassion and professionalism.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of your work.

Your work will directly impact individuals from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with a range of mental health issues including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) demonstrating your qualifications for independent practice.

• Proficiency in delivering solution-focused therapy and familiarity with psychological assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses.
