This is a fully remote position, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, addressing their mental health needs and goals.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and life experiences, leading to deeper self-awareness.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them to articulate and pursue their personal goals effectively.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions to develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Employ clinical expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, utilizing tools such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment progress using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record management.
