Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop customized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and approaches for each client, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques as appropriate.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning when required.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment protocols, adhering to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health organizations, to coordinate complex care for clients facing multifaceted challenges.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops, and stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n
