Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and optional couples or family therapy through our telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively address various client issues.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and regularly evaluate client progress and risks, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to promote effective outcomes.

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships that foster trust and rapport, guiding clients through emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consultation with peers to enhance your professional skills and ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your focus will be on empowering clients to navigate their personal journeys toward healing, providing tools and techniques that facilitate lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active LMHC license in the state of Florida.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT, with the ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.

• A strong commitment to client care, maintaining ethical and professional standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and ability to navigate technology with ease.

• Training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a rich benefits package that includes:
