Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of infants and toddlers in various developmental domains.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), setting clear, actionable goals tailored to each child’s unique situation.

• Regularly monitor and track progress on developmental objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure each child's success.

• Provide essential support and guidance for families, offering strategies and resources to assist them in their roles as primary caregivers.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and team members, fostering a positive and healthy learning environment that promotes developmental growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young children from birth to three years old, addressing various developmental issues and providing support for families. Our services are integral to assisting children with specific developmental delays and disabilities. The LCSW will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally-sensitive approaches that honor their values and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution, with LCSW licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
