Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated client care and facilitate referrals as necessary for comprehensive treatment compliance.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to enhance their safety and wellbeing.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting preventive measures in our community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
