This position is primarily remote, providing you with flexibility while maintaining the support of our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to formulate personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Document client progress and outcomes in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client care strategies and improve clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele facing various challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their personal struggles and fostering resilience, equipping them with the coping mechanisms necessary for lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
