Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet clients' diverse needs.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and upholding the integrity of client care.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required.
