Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients face barriers to accessing mental health services, and your role will be essential in providing them with the support and interventions they need to overcome these challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
