This position allows the flexibility of a remote work environment, enabling you to conduct telehealth sessions from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, analyzing the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaboratively design personalized treatment plans with each client, incorporating their goals, preferences, and feedback to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful discussions and interventions.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and coping techniques, empowering them in their mental health journey.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress through tracking and assessment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to the client’s evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive mental health care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and treatment modalities related to mood disorders to improve clinical practice.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings to further enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working to destigmatize mood disorders and promote societal understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals facing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and various anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with clients through telehealth, providing care tailored to meet their specific needs while accommodating flexibility in their treatment management.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Treatment Expertise: Proficiency in CBT and DBT, with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology and how it impacts patient care.

• Experience: A proven history of achieving successful outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders, showcasing your ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to individual circumstances.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and empathize with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additional benefits include:
