Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, documenting findings to inform treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches, encompassing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide quality individual therapy to adult clients using teletherapy, ensuring sessions are engaging and yield measurable progress toward treatment goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as required, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with peers through regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect emotionally with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences and backgrounds.

• Proficient organizational skills and time management aptitude to handle caseloads effectively.

• No record of disciplinary actions related to licensure.
