Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, followed by formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches that best address the unique mental health concerns of clients.

• Work collaboratively with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure coordinated care that adheres to a holistic treatment philosophy.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies by applying your clinical expertise and compassion effectively.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have completed a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exhibit strong cultural competency and sensitivity, effectively working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Possess robust organizational and time-management abilities to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n
