Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs accurately.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized to achieve individual client goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or acceptance and commitment therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to provide holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and educational workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and clinical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will support clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their emotional challenges while promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy, demonstrating effectiveness in mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices suitable for various mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
