Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in the mental health care of our clients by:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, which may include devising pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by the clinical team to inform treatment strategies.

• Partnering with other programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client well-being.

• Actively engaging in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's commitment to high-quality care.

• Serving as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Maintaining open channels of communication with community partners and promoting the agency’s mission at all levels.

• Building and nurturing relationships with local and state organizations to explore potential collaborations and funding sources.

• Engaging in professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.

• Contributing to agency initiatives that reflect our mission, values, and philosophy, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An independent LMHC license, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently in Massachusetts.
