Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful and supportive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, modify treatment plans, and discuss discharge options when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor person-centered treatment plans that align with each individual's needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes for each client, to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A high level of comfort in utilizing technology, including proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Peaceful Pathways Mental Health P.C, we value our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model. Our clinicians benefit from guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement. Additional financial incentives are also available through our bonus opportunities.
