Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering productive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress and stability, review upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Document all interactions with clients comprehensively, ensuring timely updates to progress notes and treatment records.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather relevant information for effective treatment planning.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions each week, applying evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and foster professional development.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an unrestricted, independent, current, and active license.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Strong computer skills; familiarity with software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that allow for immediate payment ahead of collections.
