Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing and nurturing a therapeutic rapport while upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and to address potential discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes and intake assessments for all clients.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and continue to develop professionally through ongoing education and training.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population, addressing various mental health challenges through individual and family psychotherapy. You will support clients in navigating their emotional and psychological difficulties, with an overarching goal of enhancing their overall well-being and functionality in daily life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.
\n
• Experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, ideally with at least one year of direct psychotherapy experience.

• Proficiency with technology, including the use of Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software like PIMSY.

• Hands-on experience conducting comprehensive intake assessments enables effective understanding of client needs and backgrounds.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model allows for guaranteed rates, paid in advance of collections, and various bonus opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package includes:
