Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring informed and personalized care plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals and interventions, working collaboratively with clients and their families to encourage engagement and participation.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and consistent support for clients.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
