This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your chosen environment while maintaining an outpatient practice model. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  Conducting thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

  Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring that each session provides valuable therapeutic support and progress towards treatment goals.

  Documenting therapy sessions with precision, preparing case notes, treatment plan reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policy and ethical guidelines.

  Collaborating with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide-ranging patient population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Compensation and Benefits\n
