Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis counseling to students experiencing distress, applying techniques to de-escalate situations and conducting thorough assessments to understand their needs.

• Review and respond to student support referrals through our Maxient platform, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on client records.

• Create and uphold confidential patient records, adhering strictly to all applicable standards of practice, federal, and state regulations.

• Engage in professional development training sessions for students, faculty, and staff, focusing on mental health issues, best practices, and available support resources.
\n
• Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding mental health concerns, equipping them with essential knowledge on how to assist peers in need.

• Design and implement mental health services that promote wellness and academic success, including planning outreach programs and prevention activities.

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions with a focus on diverse health-related issues, including mental health and substance abuse, individually and in group settings.

• The annual salary range for full-time positions is between USD 80,000 and 122,000, and for part-time roles, it ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000.
