As a fully remote provider, you will work from home and enjoy flexibility in your schedule, allowing you to create a work-life balance that aligns with your personal and professional aspirations. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. The role requires reliable internet and a private setting free from distractions, ensuring confidentiality for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to their individual needs.

• Participate in collaborative treatment planning alongside other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care through integrated strategies.

• Use systematic self-assessments, progress tracking measures, and therapeutic tools to evaluate client progress and refine treatment plans accordingly.

• Actively engage in team consultations for professional development and to seek support on challenging cases, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on helping a diverse clientele, predominantly adults, facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. By leveraging technology to provide care, you will reach those who may otherwise be unable to access traditional in-person therapy options, promoting mental wellness across multiple demographics.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, preferably in a remote or telehealth environment.

• Demonstrated skill in using digital platforms such as Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and insightful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance in all virtual interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as care pathways, will be advantageous.
