Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate the mental health needs of clients, including their symptomology, strengths, and potential treatment areas.

• Develop culturally appropriate and family-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These plans will guide outpatient services, including both individual and family counseling sessions.

• Deliver mental health treatment using trauma-informed practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences and feelings.

• Collaborate effectively with members of the larger clinical team, including service coordination staff, to ensure an integrated approach towards client care and satisfaction.

• Timely completion of clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and case records, adhering to all program and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive case files and ensure all documentation is compliant with established program standards while remaining sensitive to client confidentiality requirements.

• Manage a designated caseload, providing ongoing therapy and crisis intervention as needed, to support clients in their journey towards improved mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Understanding and valuing cultural differences is essential for developing effective therapeutic relationships and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess an active clinical license in the state of California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
