Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral conditions, which guide the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate clients’ growth and promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Build trusting and empathetic relationships with clients, encouraging open dialogue and fostering a safe environment for personal exploration.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all client interactions accurately and thoroughly, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and standard regulatory practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse populations, including adults, youth, and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing therapeutic counseling and mental health services to clients.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, with practical experience in applying these techniques in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional certifications in specialized areas of mental health therapy (e.g., trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy) are highly regarded, enhancing your ability to connect with and support clients facing specific challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary package ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, reflective of experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer:
