Work Environment

This position is specifically an onsite role within the Sarasota area, allowing you to work directly with patients in a supportive outpatient setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' goals and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, providing one-on-one treatment sessions for each patient hourly.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions aimed at improving patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Emphasize cost-effective treatment solutions that promote recovery and reduce the need for medication or surgery.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques based on each patient's unique condition.
• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that encourage proactive health management.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure that the highest standards of care are met.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques to address various orthopedic conditions effectively.

• Proficiency in using EMR Software, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits
