Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the clients’ specific mental health needs. Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, to promote personal growth and recovery. Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and closely monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize efficacy. Provide teletherapy options for clients, ensuring continuity of care and addressing accessibility challenges, particularly in underserved communities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring the highest quality of care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups seeking assistance with a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients. A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in dealing with sensitive situations. Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management to handle a diverse caseload. Preferred Experience Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology are highly favored. Experience in teletherapy and virtual counseling platforms is a plus. Prior experience working in community health settings or clinics is desirable. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
