Actively seeking a talented Sous Chef for a New Restaurant Opening!

The Sous Chef will:

· Have 5+ years of upscale management experience

· Have excellent local knowledge and experience in Pacific Northwest Wines & Cuisine

· Have Private Events experience (Hotel or Banquets, Wine Dinners, ect)

· Have scratch kitchen experience

· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service

· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team

· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
