Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's specific goals and needs, crafting individualized treatment plans and interventions accordingly.
• Manage a manageable patient caseload, typically treating one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated focus and impactful interactions.
• Employ advanced treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols, to effectively improve patients' mobility and function.
• Document each patient's progress meticulously and adjust care plans as necessary based on treatment outcomes.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy, offering motivation and encouragement to optimize their recovery potential.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to provide integrated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Serving a diverse patient demographic, our facility primarily treats individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will involve working with various age groups and backgrounds, tailoring therapeutic approaches that respect each patient's physical capabilities and personal rehabilitation goals. As you engage with patients, you will strive to provide them with alternatives to surgical interventions, thereby minimizing medication reliance and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state physical therapist license with a clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong competence in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, specifically WebPT, to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a physical therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
