Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, providing individual sessions when necessary, to address various mental health challenges.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to facilitate discussions around sensitive topics such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and conflicts among family members.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans to guide the therapeutic process, ensuring that each family member’s needs are met.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions and progress, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance the overall well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges. You will specialize in treating families grappling with issues such as blended family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustments, communication difficulties, and more. Your expertise will contribute significantly to nurturing healthier relationships within families and promoting adaptive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
