This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team. You will have access to the latest telehealth technologies, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and case management efficiently. Additionally, we maintain a supportive virtual office culture that prioritizes continuous communication and teamwork. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility for evening appointments depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use needs, identifying co-occurring disorders and devising personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that actively involve clients, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with the tools to enhance their coping strategies, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention.

• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Perform regular substance use monitoring and engage in motivational interviewing techniques to encourage clients and foster their motivation for recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about the complex interplay between mental health and substance use disorders, fostering understanding and compliance with treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy progress, interventions, and any referrals made, upholding ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing case conferences and training to improve your skills in the treatment of co-occurring disorders and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency with evidence-based therapies, particularly those designed for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience working with clients dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
