Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to effectively address client concerns during sessions.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups to provide clients with community resources and enable peer support for common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and behavioral support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources, empowering them to make informed choices about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and conferences to discuss patient progress, share insights, and enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically serves a diverse mixture of clients from various backgrounds and demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and expertise in a wide array of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries, exhibiting sound judgment in clinical practices.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technological proficiency for effective communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience delivering individual and group therapy in various treatment settings, as well as those with specialization in addiction, trauma-informed care, or family therapy will be preferred. Experience with specific populations, such as veterans or the LGBTQ+ community, is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
