Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents, ensuring a thorough understanding of their challenges and history.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, carefully considering each young person’s developmental stage, family dynamics, and cultural background.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support, equipping clients and families with coping strategies during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to promote professional development and team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role directly impacts children and adolescents grappling with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LP, LMFT, or LCMFT in Maryland.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and family therapy to the youth population.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing trusting relationships with children and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to document client interactions and treatment plans.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
