Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients’ trauma backgrounds and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to promote trauma recovery, focusing on resilience-building techniques.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring methods align with each patient’s unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, allowing patients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating an ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
