Life Rhythm Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a full-time professional focusing on trauma recovery. In this role, you will provide specialized mental health care to individuals impacted by trauma, ensuring each patient receives personalized support tailored to their unique experiences.

Work Environment\n

The role operates in a flexible remote setting, allowing you to deliver care while balancing personal commitments. Our remote work environment is supported by a strong infrastructure that encourages collaboration among therapists as well as with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient appointments and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify effective treatment approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring alignment with each patient's specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and progress.

• Administer both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing.
\n
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care for our patients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma, ensuring immediate responsive care.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, offering practical coping mechanisms and information about available resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards, reinforcing our commitment to patient confidentiality.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities that focus on trauma-informed care and innovative treatment practices.

• Stay current with research, methodologies, and best practices related to trauma therapy, contributing to the clinical excellence of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including physical, emotional, or psychological abuse. Many of our clients are navigating complex psychological conditions, and our goal is to empower them on their recovery journey using targeted therapeutic practices. As a therapist, you will play a key role in helping these individuals reclaim their lives and foster resilience against future challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities, coupled with resilience-building strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach that fosters trust.

• The ability to remain calm in high-stress situations, offering a composed and supportive presence.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications essential for documentation and analysis.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
