Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates the needs of both our clients and our team. While our primary hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary based on patient availability and needs. Our telehealth platform provides the necessary tools for effective communication and documentation, ensuring seamless interaction with patients from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history, enabling the development of effective treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist patients in managing their symptoms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care approaches for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Holistic Mental and Counseling Services, you will primarily work with clients who have experienced significant trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
