Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sun Valley Consultation Services, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychosocial and emotional issues impacting students and their families.

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment and formulate actionable intervention strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and employ various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy, to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers to create integrated care plans that enhance educational outcomes and promote overall student well-being.

• Document social work activities and patient interactions in compliance with departmental and agency standards.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and families, offering guidance on coping strategies and resources available in the community.

• Advocate for patients by identifying their needs within the local community and connecting them with appropriate services.

• Track case-related statistics meticulously and complete required reports to inform departmental assessments of service impact.

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related responses. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
