Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Carriage Wellness and Therapeutic Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying various mental health therapies and interventions to clients with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to guide treatment planning and evaluating ongoing progress.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with the established treatment plan.

• Developing initial discharge plans and coordinating additional services, modifying these plans as needed based on patient progress.

• Consistently maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy services in line with professional and facility standards.

• Managing a balanced caseload while actively participating in treatment team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

• Maintaining a compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients and effectively addressing any complaints or needs that arise.

• Contributing positively to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient safety and effective treatment outcomes.
