Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. This includes creating detailed pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined by our clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address each client's needs effectively.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, supporting organizational compliance and excellence.
\n
• Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies, relevant service systems, and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery and support.
\n
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract standards and promote our organizational mission within the community.

• Build and sustain partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify and secure alliances, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

• Pursue personal and professional growth through conference attendance, educational classes, and representation of our agency at various professional gatherings.

• Embody and advocate for the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications\n
