Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and application of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using inclusive practices that address the needs of diverse populations.

• Exemplary crisis intervention skills with the capacity to remain composed under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
