Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant frameworks.

• Collaboratively work with clients to create achievable therapeutic goals, offering ongoing guidance, support, and motivation throughout their treatment journey.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring that all client progress and changes in treatment plans are recorded to facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, and you will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs, adapting your practices based on informed assessments and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
