Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC) allowing you to practice independently. Licensed individuals must have no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We provide a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary of $90,000 to $104,000 based on your hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and enjoy weekly direct deposit of their earnings.
