Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity and frequency of symptoms related to mood disorders, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and comprehensive clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring that their individual needs, preferences, and treatment goals are met.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and involve them actively in their care and self-management strategies.

• Track and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical indicators and feedback from clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions, ensuring all aspects of a client's wellbeing are addressed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
