Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine the unique needs and challenges faced by each patient. This will include understanding their history, current symptoms, and personal goals for therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. Group sessions may focus on shared experiences such as anxiety management or addiction recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive timely assistance and resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions, in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including treatment progress notes and follow-up plans.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings to discuss patient therapy progress and enhance treatment strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
