This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while using our telehealth platform to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help patients navigate common mental health challenges, promoting engagement and a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, maintaining a calm and reassuring presence to assist clients in distress.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and useful community resources to enhance their coping strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) software.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated competency in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a broad range of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
