Sleep Therapy Surgical Sales Rep $250k + first year

- Base Salary is $80,000 + Commissions (and stock options)
- Includes Inland Empire (Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga)
- ZERO TRAVEL
- Does not include Palm Springs or Orange County)
Advancing the adoption of a minimally invasive procedure in the interventional sleep space. Helping build programs within the hospital and the physicians' office. Partnering with ENTS and Sleep Specialists.
Selling an advanced procedure, not just a widget. This is NOT a Case coverage role.
IDEAL TARGET CANDIDATE
(might meet some of the following profiles) …- Successful track record of selling advanced new technology to surgeons
- Med-surg experience with new procedures, program building, changing physician behavior
- Start-up or new product launch background in the OR
- Understanding of complex xhyhwjd sales process - reimbursement and health care economics
- Acumen with driving referrals, marketing, and developing COEs / KOLs
MUST HAVE
- 4 yr college degree, 3+ years of medical sales experience
**ENT or Sleep Therapy experience is NOT a requirement.
