Legal Recruiter - Remote (100% Commission, Unlimited Earnings) MW Talent is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our growing team remotely. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential . The difference is: you will not be waiting around for work. We currently have 50+ active openings and we are gaining new contracts every day . Our openings are high-level legal positions in the $100,000-$400,000 salary range , creating strong earning potential for a recruiter who can consistently deliver qualified candidates. What You'll Recruit For We recruit for a wide range of legal roles, including:

- Maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals
- Work directly with leadership to fill urgent and ongoing openings
- Legal recruiting experience is required
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Professional communication and strong follow-up
- Motivated by performance and commission-based earnings
