Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote and offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging in telehealth sessions with clients. Operating from a telehealth facility allows our counselors to provide crucial support in a comfortable and safe environment for patients, which enhances engagement and therapeutic outcomes. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clients, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among patients, addressing shared mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support in mental health emergencies, contributing to client safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
