Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and appropriate treatment strategies, ensuring individualized care that aligns with best practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and case managers, to provide holistic care and shared treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse demographic, from young children to adults, who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical practices in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
