Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth Specialist)

Wellness Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist who will provide exceptional telehealth services to our diverse client base. Work Environment

This role is conducted in a fully remote setting, utilizing our innovative telehealth platform to reach clients across various demographics. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being through virtual meetings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are data-driven, focusing on each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailored to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, families, and groups.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, employing outcomes-driven metrics to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during critical moments, utilizing telehealth tools to ensure immediate assistance when needed.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, encompassing psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to advocate for holistic client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.
• Commit to adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices established by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and various chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connection with clients via telehealth.
• Empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to client well-being and empowerment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• A thorough understanding of the ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years in a mental health counseling role is required, preferably within a telehealth setting.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, including bonus opportunities.
